–Being killed by explosives activated by a Pressure Plate also works.

–You must be killed by the trap; merely taking damage will not work.

–Being killed by anything while poisoned by a Dart Trap will count for the achievement.

–“Watch your step” is a common phrase that means to be careful where one walks, typically used in a dangerous or delicate situation.

“Walking the Plank” is a term used for when pre–modern pirates would coerce captives off of their ships and into the sea via a plank.

Drink Bottled Water while underwater and drowning.

–The Water Bottle in the image is producing bubbles, despite it visually containing water.

–Being able to drink water from an open bottle underwater is paradoxical.
