The mangrove swamp is a variant of the swamp biome that generates in warmer regions, usually next to jungles and deserts. The foliage in this biome is very dense featuring plenty of mangrove trees which vary a lot in height. The floor is mainly composed of mud blocks with occasional grass patches. The grass has the same color as the normal swamp but leaves and vines have a unique light green tint and the water is teal rather than gray. Frogs are the only passive animals that spawn in this biome and all frogs spawned here are warm frogs.

On the surface, this biome is indistinguishable from a [entry entryId=plains text=plains click=biome/] biome.

A gray biome, the basalt deltas are said to be the remnant of ancient volcanic eruptions.The ground consists of [entry entryId=basalt text=basalt click=item/] and [entry entryId=blackstone text=blackstone click=item/] blocks, with small patches of [entry entryId=netherrack text=netherrack click=item/] and pools of [entry entryId=lava text=lava click=item/]. The shape of the terrain is chaotic and uneven, making it somewhat difficult to traverse and build on. Unlike the other biomes in the Nether, [entry entryId=bastion_remnant text=Bastion remnants click=structure/] do not generate in basalt deltas. When this biome borders a lava ocean, clusters of basalt form near the coast.[entry entryId=magma_cube_mob text=Magma cubes click=mob/] have a high spawn rate in this biome, making the Basalt Deltas the best place to farm [entry entryId=magma_cream text=Magma Cream click=item/].

The warped forest is a dense, “blue” warped-themed biome, with [entry entryId=warped_fungus text=warped click=item/] and [entry entryId=crimson_fungus text=crimson click=item/] fungi as well as [entry entryId=huge_warped_fungus text=huge warped fungi click=structure/] scattered around.The huge fungi structures may have a few blocks of [entry entryId=shroomlight text=shroomlight click=item/] scattered around them. The floor of the biome is covered in [entry entryId=warped_nylium text=warped nylium click=item/], with [entry entryId=warped_roots text=warped roots click=item/] and [entry entryId=nether_sprouts text=nether sprouts click=item/] growing. Occasional patches of raw [entry entryId=netherrack text=netherrack click=item/] and [entry entryId=warped_wart_block text=warped wart click=item/] blocks can be found scattered throughout the biome.Apart from [entry entryId=strider_mob text=Striders click=mob/], [entry entryId=enderman_mob text=Endermen click=mob/] are the only mobs that spawn in this biome, making the warped forest an ideal location to collect [entry entryId=ender_pearl text=ender pearls click=item/] to access the End. This biome is also a relatively safe place to reside in the Nether, due to the fact that no hostile mobs spawn here. However, do note that other hostile mobs can still spawn from [entry entryId=bastion_remnant text=Bastion remnants click=structure/] that generate here, as well as from [entry entryId=fortress text=Nether fortresses click=structure/] that have cut into a warped forest after generating in another biome.

The Crimson Forest is a “red” crimson-themed biome, with [entry entryId=warped_fungus text=warped click=item/] and [entry entryId=crimson_fungus text=crimson click=item/] fungi as well as [entry entryId=huge_crimson_fungus text=huge crimson fungi click=structure/] scattered around the environment.There are huge fungi structures that contain [entry entryId=weeping_vines text=weeping vines click=item/] hanging off them and may also have a few blocks of [entry entryId=shroomlight text=shroomlight click=item/]. The floor of the biome is covered in [entry entryId=crimson_nylium text=crimson nylium click=item/], with [entry entryId=crimson_roots text=crimson roots click=item/] growing. Occasional patches of [entry entryId=netherrack text=netherrack click=item/] and [entry entryId=nether_wart_block text=red nether wart click=item/] blocks are found scattered throughout the biome.[entry entryId=piglin_mob text=Piglins click=mob/], [entry entryId=zombified_piglin_mob text=zombified piglins click=mob/] and [entry entryId=hoglin_mob text=hoglins click=mob/] naturally spawn in this biome. As long as players equip at least one piece of gold armor ([entry entryId=golden_helmet text=helmet click=item/], [entry entryId=golden_chestplate text=chestplate click=item/], [entry entryId=golden_leggings text=leggings click=item/], [entry entryId=golden_boots text=boots click=item/]), piglins should not cause any trouble. Hoglins can also be repelled by staying close to warped fungi. However, without these countermeasures, this biome can be fairly hostile to navigate. Nevertheless, the abundance of hoglins in this biome makes it a great source of food in the Nether, and the high population of piglins makes this biome an ideal location to barter with them.
